Who we are

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.
  • Order information: products viewed, added to cart, bought, returned or exchanged, and your order history.
  • Payment information: payment method and transaction details. Card numbers are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Account information: login details, preferences and settings, if you create an account.
  • Communications: what you send us by email, contact form or review.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and how you use the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically when you use the website, and from our service providers and partners.

How we use it

  • To process your orders: payment, shipping, returns, customer support and order updates. Legal basis in the EU and UK: performance of our contract with you.
  • To run and improve the website: security, fraud prevention, analytics and a smoother shopping experience. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • For marketing: emails, text messages and online ads about our products. Legal basis: your consent where required, or our legitimate interests for similar products you bought. You can opt out at any time.
  • To comply with the law: accounting, tax, and responding to lawful requests. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work, such as your cart, and, with your consent where required, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choices in the cookie banner, in Your Privacy Choices, or in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes data to provide and improve its services. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
  • Service providers who act on our behalf: payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, email and text messaging (such as Klaviyo), customer support, analytics and IT services.
  • Advertising and marketing partners, to show you relevant ads. Depending on where you live, you can opt out of this sharing in Your Privacy Choices.
  • Authorities and advisers, when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above: order data for the time required by accounting and tax law, account data while your account is active, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or after 3 years without interaction with us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information by email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser that sends it.

You can use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

International transfers

Your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination provides an adequate level of protection.

Children

Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information about children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
