Is shipping free?
Yes. Every order ships free to the contiguous United States.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 9 to 21 business days. We email you a tracking link as soon as your chair ships.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order in your account. More on our order tracking page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are prepared right after checkout, so they cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your address and color before you pay.
Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Available options for your address are shown at checkout. If you do not see any, email support@mokyka.com.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are on our return and refund policy.
My chair arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@mokyka.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. If approved, we will send a replacement or a refund.

Do the chairs need assembly?
Most chairs need light assembly. Instructions are in the box.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the seat height, seat depth and overall dimensions on each product page, and leave room behind the chair for it to rock or recline.
Which chair is best for a nursery?
Look for a high back, soft padding and ideally a footrest for long feeds. See our nursery rockers.
How much weight can a chair hold?
Weight capacity varies by model and is listed on each product page.
How do I clean my chair?
Care depends on the fabric. Some chairs have removable, washable covers, which is noted on the product page.
Can outdoor rockers stay outside all year?
Our porch and patio rockers are made for outdoor use, but bringing cushions inside and covering the frame in winter helps them last longer.
