Free shipping to the contiguous US

Every Mokyka order ships free to addresses in the contiguous United States. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

When your chair ships

We start preparing your order right after checkout. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 9 to 21 business days. The exact time depends on your location and the carrier, and your tracking link always shows the latest estimate. If you need your chair by a certain date, email us before you order and we will tell you what to expect.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated when you ordered, or within 30 days when no time was stated, we will tell you and let you choose between accepting the new date or canceling for a full refund.

Setting up your chair

Most chairs arrive in a box and need light assembly. Instructions are included.

Addresses outside the contiguous US

For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international addresses, available shipping options are shown at checkout. If none appear for your address, email support@mokyka.com.

Taxes and duties

Any taxes we collect are shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. When they are not collected at checkout, they are paid by the recipient.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, see our return and refund policy and email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package. For consumers in the EU and the UK, it passes when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the goods.
