These Terms of Service govern your use of mokyka.com, operated by KANYA SAS under the Mokyka brand ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale.

1. Using the website

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, not to upload malicious code, and not to copy, scrape or reuse its content by automated means without our written permission.

2. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and make sure your information is accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think it has been used without your permission.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on the website, including texts, photos, videos, logos, product names and designs, belongs to KANYA SAS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.

4. Reviews, photos and messages you send us

When you post a review or send us content, you confirm that it is truthful, reflects your own experience, and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and display it on our website, emails and social media in connection with Mokyka. We may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product. We do not pay for positive reviews and do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

5. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information, prices and availability accurate and up to date. Errors can still happen. We may correct them at any time, including after an order is placed, as explained in our Terms of Sale.

6. Emails and text messages

If you sign up for our emails or text messages, we will send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email, or by replying STOP to a text message. Message and data rates may apply. We still send order and service messages about your purchases.

7. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments, shipping and some features are provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account, or refuse access to the website, in case of fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country or state where they live. Disputes are handled as described in section 16 of our Terms of Sale.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies from its publication date.
