Shipping policy

Mokyka ships to the United States. Every order ships free to addresses in the contiguous United States, with no minimum order and no delivery fee at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

We start preparing your order right after checkout. Total delivery time, from order to your door, is 9 to 21 business days depending on your location and the carrier. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, or within 30 days when no time was stated, we will tell you and let you choose between accepting a new date or canceling for a full refund.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Available shipping options and costs for these addresses are shown at checkout. If none appear for your address, email support@mokyka.com before ordering.

Taxes and duties

Any taxes we collect are shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes paid by the recipient when not collected at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@mokyka.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund policy for details.
